Your package will be delivered within a month. This is a worst-case scenario as orders can come earlier than this.

It is also very important to know whether or not you have sensitive skin.

Shipping Disclaimer
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided a tracking number that can be used to track the status of the delivery. Please monitor the status of your delivery closely and ensure that you retrieve the package as soon as it is delivered to the address. Signature confirmation is required for DHL deliveries.
Lost Package
If you did not find your package after it was marked as 'delivered,' please ask around your neighborhood if someone has received your package on your behalf. Also, please report the issue to us immediately via email at info@ranaorganic.com. Rana Organic Skincare will not be held responsible for incorrect mailing addresses provided by the customer or lost/stolen packages.
Returned Package
If your package has been returned to our office due to an incorrect address you provided, you will be contacted by Rana Organic Skincare via phone or email. Please note, you will be responsible for paying another shipping and delivery fee to reship the package.
Duty/Customs Fee
Some international countries require customers to pay for duty/customs fees to receive their package. The amount of the fees depends on the country's rules and regulations. This amount is NOT included in your delivery fee paid to Jennysglow. Once notified about this duty/customs fee, please follow up with them and make your payment immediately so that your package can be delivered to you.
